3 Best Cafe in Eugene, OR

What a wonderful surprise in Eugene. Across from the Graduate Hotel, the unassuming exterior is the opposite of coming inside. Jazzy Ladies is a fantastic place, done up to look like a 20s Jazz Bar/speak easy. It promises what looks to be a great nighttime experience with a full bar and live music, we only had the chance to try it for breakfast. Worry not for the breakfast was sensational. By far what took me by surprise was their take on chicken fried steak and eggs. Strips of tender beef breaded in the most flaky crust and the best house made biscuits I've had in a long while, covered in a classic sausage gravy. It was truly worth trying. Their service was great and they staff the place for the crowd, it stayed busy and clearly for a good reason.

Tried this place today, did not know gluten free could taste so good. Service was super good, great atmosphere, delicious eats. Staff was super friendly with the kids. We tried kids waffle, was enough for my 7yo, sweet potatoe hash, great flavor and surprisingly filling, as well as biscuits and gravy, complete heaven for our gluten sensitive kiddo.

Perfect. We had a reservation at Jazzy Ladies before a show at the Hult. We were greeted by super friendly staff. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was great. The owner came to our table to fill our water and was very nice. 10/10 no notes.

a great little spot to relax at after work food on the menu is largely unsurprising but tasty nonetheless. the BLT i tried had all its ingredients perfectly balanced and was satisfying. i also tried a bite of a sesame bagel with cream cheese which seemed fine have not tried their coffee yet; Italian sodas were as refreshing as you like. for seating, there were a few tables indoors and a few outdoors near the establishment. service was friendly; would love to come here again sometime.

Great coffee location. Loads of options, seating & vivacious atmosphere. It was our first visit so we’ve only had the gf blueberry scone. Sadly it was not a hit; the corn based scone was to dry & crumbly. I felt it was confused as to whether it was corn bread or a scone. In contrast the drinks were delicious & the staff was efficient and quite personable. Bonus, there are rentable rooms upstairs for an hourly rate.

I appreciate people who work there. I have always been treated well and with care. Food items are always fresh and tasty. Coffee there tastes right. Comfortable summer outdoor seating and reserve upstairs are other unique options. The place does get busy with the university people, but I and my kids never had any issues.
