Visited this restaurant on MANY occasions, but today we had the best visit. It was all due to our waiter, Victor. If you visit and he's working, ask for a table in his area. Friendly, gracious, prompt, and everything you'd expect from a top-notch service provider.

My wife and I are vegan. We went into the PF Changs on Coburg Rd. and asked if they had vegan options. The staff and manager treated us extremely well. They made sure that our dietary options were followed and offered excellent service. The food was very good and the service was first rate. Thank you.

Our server Victor was amazing!! He was kind, attentive, and put up with us girls. Definitely plan to come back.

Great fresh, fresh food. You can watch them make the noodles, dumplings and other items. Had the curry chicken, chicken and mushroom fried rice, chicken and cheese bao, beef dry noodles, pork dumplings and spring rolls. Our table was full of food! It is hard to pick when everything looked so delicious. Good portion size. Will be going back.

Our family had dinner here lastnight for the first time for my birthday! It was absolutely DELICIOUS. We ordered food ranging from noodles dishes, to steak fried rice, to the fish, to various baozi's and dumplings. Everything was SO good. Even my kids ate a bunch. The owner and the staff were so nice. We will be back for sure and we recommend to anyone.

Our dining experience at Bao Bao House was truly exceptional. The patio seating was perfect for enjoying the beautiful evening, and the service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delightful - comforting, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish we tried was a hit. If you're looking for a memorable meal in Eugene, this is the place to go.

Best Chinese food in Eugene! The seasoning they use in their mar far chicken is amazing. The food is always hot and fresh. I've never had a bad experience here. They have been around for over 50 years. They must be doing something right.

Server was friendly, Food had good flavor and came out quickly and hot.
