Great tasting food. Loved the Malai kofta and kadhai paneer. You get amazing flavors. Paneer Tikka was flavorful with great char but paneer can be made softer. Chaat was good spicy and tea was good. I loved the roti which was very soft and buttery. Even the naan was with perfect crunch and not over or under. I can see this place a permanent fixture whenever we cross Eugene.

Got the buffett this is a great indian food spot the food is made with authentic flavors and is very organic and rich in taste and flavor. I would suggest this spot if your in The mood for being in india in Eugene the journey is well worth it so make royal india your destination soon.

This is one of my favorite spots for dining and buffet. The food and service are outstanding. Everything I've tried is full of flavor and really good. If I can give them 100 stars, I would. They also have vegan options for all my vegan eaters.

EVERGREEN INDIAN CUISINE EUGENE REVIEWS

Indian is absolutely my favorite food. I could eat it everyday. I've tried several restaurants in the Eugene/Springfield area. Evergreen is absolutely my favorite. Everything I have ever bought has been consistently fresh and cooked well. I was craving Indian on Saturday and went to one place to order curry chicken. It was watery and oily. Still craving curry chicken, I stopped by Evergreen this evening to get it. It was perfect. Will only be eating from here when I get a craving.

I have gone to this place twice a week for the last 6 months and I can honestly say it's my favorite place to eat in town. The owners are wonderful people, so much so that they remember me and my daughter's name. Brent Cooks amazing tandoori chicken and I will continue coming here every single weekend for as long as I live in this town. I love those zucchini Curry that they make come along with their chicken makhani. And the carrot dessert thing is phenomenal.

Amazing HUGE and delish samosas. The goat curry has bones that are easy to find cooked until butter tender. Spicy and just right. Buffet is open only on the weekend with lines out the door because the food is exceptional.

THE TASTE OF INDIA REVIEWS

This is a solid spot for Indian food with very welcoming and friendly folks (family) running the show. It seems like they do mostly takeout orders, but they also have a shaded patio for dining in. The menu is thorough with lots of good looking curries and naans. The shrimp mushroom had excellent flavor and texture, and tons of chunky mushrooms. Nothing but praise for the saag paneer and lamb curry the other folks I was dining with ordered. Medium is a subtle but enjoyable amount of heat coming from someone with a pretty high spice tolerance. The garlic naan had strong flavor and was very tasty/complimentary to all the curries. Taste of India is an excellent, low-key spot.

Excellent lamb curry, lamb tikka masala, veggie samosa, and garlic naan. Very flavorful and super tender meat! Fresh basmati rice. Friendly family-run establishment. Casual place to dine in or take out. Only thing I would critique is the lack of disposal gloves while handling food in the kitchen. Otherwise, delicious and efficient.

Delicious Indian food and tasty drinks. Came here with a group of friends and the food came fresh and efficient. Curry and rice was filling and enjoyable. A little cramped but had an amazing time nonetheless.
