We were on vacation and looked for a good breakfast. This was a unique place in a good way, the food was good, and the service was good. I don't have any negatives, but if I had to say one; the hash browns were not shredded, they were chunked, but the onions in them were amazing! The poutine was tasty, with mozzarella cheese replacing cheese curds and diced ham slices added. The Ranch dressing, served chilled and on the side, hit especially well, best ranch I have had in a while. The spaghetti with the chicken Parm was a little mushy and not Al dented, but that's what you should expect from a dinner serving comfort food. The green beans that accompanied my son's chicken fried steak seemed to come from a can. But my son LOVED them green beans. The portions were very generous making this place a great value. No wonder it seemed to be doing well in this college campus location.

Absolutely loved this place. They were busy but very much worth the wait. Huge menu but all the food was delightful. Cannot wait to return. Love the mini pitchers for drinks. Kid loved the milkshake. Poutine fries were delicious. Waitress was phenomenal. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Awesome place! Great location. I love the buzz one comfort of a place like this. The service was attentive and kind. The food was delicious! I can't wait to return there the next time I go visit.

MOORE STREET CAFE REVIEWS

This was a proper greasy spoon place. Finally found one. They have real hashbrowns, not the goofy Potatoe chunks, yuck. The western omelet was full of ham, cheese, onions, peppers and tomatoes, delicious. Pancakes were a great size, golden brown, with butter. Only thing I would ask for is real maple syrup, will pay extra for it. The table and chairs had a bit too much wobble for me.

It's a diner. It was remarkably fast! I got my food within three minutes of ordering! The waitresses were very kind, and sweet. It's not a far walk from the Greyhound bus station, and their speed is on your side if you've got some time. I'm a slow eater, and the whole trip only took me 40 minutes.

Another great find in Richmond! We loved our breakfast - the pancakes were especially good. The atmosphere was inviting and fun. The servers and the manager were friendly and helpful. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the food was served quickly. Excellent experience!

LAMPLIGHTER COFFEE ROASTERS REVIEWS

This coffee shop has a very grungy and cozy atmosphere. It feels like more of the classic Richmond hipster vibe (as someone who grew up here). The seating is limited if you come on the weekend but the outdoor seating increases the area a good bit when the weather is nice. The bagel sandwich was perfectly good and worth the price, but nothing to write home about. I got the cardamom latte and it was great. I’d maybe try to avoid its busiest times but I’d recommend going to this coffee shop.

One of the first coffee shops me and my wife found in Richmond almost a decade ago. And we’ve been regulars ever since. Their coffee bean blends are some of the best we’ve had, and we stop by every month to stock up on them so we can have great coffee at home. Get their breakfast burrito my way (sausage and bacon) slayer bagel, and Thai iced coffee are our favorites. I like the workers there, and the atmosphere. I feel extremely comfortable in their space. Thanks you guys!

I liked my latte and breakfast sandwich. I have no complaints. I like the plethora of outdoor seating options plus the mixed indoor/outdoor space.
