She has much experience catering weddings, birthday parties, and corporate events. The cake shop takes great pride in the baking process, ingredients, presentation, and delivery. Supper nice and warm professional service thanks for the best coffee around

I ordered a gluten free cake for my friend's birthday party... The cashier (working Mon Aug 25, 3pm) was patient with all the details I wanted. Vanilla almond infusion cake was SPECTACULAR, moist & delicious, INCREDIBLE cream cheese icing, very well received among our group, & the gluten free version has a wonderful texture & EVERYONE raved!!! Thank you for contributing to a GREAT BIRTHDAY!!

This lil’ hidden gem in Mountain View is the perfect place to snag a quick sweet treat, or my personal favorite? An assorted box as a gift; more elevated than your standard grocery store bakery section, and more personalized. The different flavors are good, and the presentation is always creative too! Affordable, and different size/packaging options. Appreciate Ms. Eva and her kindness each visit. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor!

I have bought birthday cakes from Nildas bakery for about 2 years now. The cakes are perfect! The flavors are perfect! The design and theme of all the cakes are mind-blowing. I can not recommend this bakery enough! The attention to detail and the execution of each cake is superb! My daughters cakes are always the center of the party lol all thumbs up!

Nilda made my wedding cake 10 years ago and I had moved out of Alaska for about 8 years. Since returning back to Alaska last year she made my son’s birthday cake. Her cakes never disappoint. After all these years, she remains at the top of my list because of her professionalism and authentic Dominican taste. Cannot recommend her enough.
