Excellent meal tonight at Orso. Great service from David. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. Good variety of gluten free options, including GF pasta. The kitchen is very careful about cross contamination. The atmosphere reminded me of a cozy chalet, very well appointed. So glad we found this during our brief visit to Anchorage.

I want to make a special mention to Carson my server. He was wonderful. It's never easy dining places with a child on the spectrum. He went out of his way to be so helpful. My son who is the pickiest of eaters loved everything that was put in front of him. Carson was so friendly. He made suggestions I loved. The food was spot on. Everything that came out was perfect. The service made the meal.

Never a disappointment for service, taste and presentation and we loved our observation for two in the main dining area. Special touch with the card as well.

GLACIER BREWHOUSE REVIEWS

When I walked up the stairs and saw the interior, I was extremely impressed. It looked so warm and inviting. Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. Just based on that, I decided that I would be coming back every time I come to Anchorage for now on. I got the rib plate and it was delicious. That jalapeno cornbread with maple butter was excellent. Just a little too crunchy around the edges. Server was GREAT.

Food was delicious. Had a kale, spinach, apple winter salad, clam chowder, and spent grain bread. Oh, and key lime cheesecake! Loved everything!! Atmosphere was fantastic-by the fireplace. Service was great and attentive. We were visiting Anchorage and Glacier Brewhouse is always a must for us.

This was the number one place on our list and it did not disappoint at all. It’s much bigger than you would expect, but the warm seating in the brewhouse makes it feel really cozy. The beer flight was great, and the food was even better. A must visit if you are in town.

Humpy's is a gem! My Mom and Dad had been many years ago when they visited Anchorage and she was adamant that we all go in his honor on this trip. We had delicious food and Anna was a fabulous server. Because it was so delicious and so fun everyone in our party stocked up with a Tshirt, fleece vest, beenie or baseball cap as well. Loved it!.

Halibut & chips!! I could have drank the sauce that came with the calamari. Great 1st stop on our visit to Anchorage. Edited review because we came back for dinner. Got the smoked salmon chowder! Very filling! Thick chowder topped with chuncks of smoked salmon!.

The plank salmon and chowder’s super good I truly enjoyed it . It’s kind of busy but hey that means people love it here. Service is amazing. Affordable food and drinks .
