Everything at The Cupcake Factory is fantastic! The cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, etc…are all so delicious. They made the most beautiful and perfect birthday cake for my relative at an affordable price. Also, their coconut pie is divine! I really miss them serving lunch. Highly recommend this place.

Dropped in on the way to another errand and got a couple sweets to go. Definitely worth going back for again; both were yummy. There's a lot more than just cupcakes to explore. Shop local.

I come here often to get individual cupcakes for staff birthdays. Everyone who I have interacted with has always been incredibly helpful and kind. I came in on a Friday to specifically get a gluten free cupcake for someone and the lady up front was so kind and helpful and it was great to know that they make the icing for these on the spot with a brand new bag and tip, to avoid any cross contamination. They even let me pick which icing (that’s gluten free) that I wanted on it. I have only ever experienced the best customer service here and absolute kindness and patience. I am so serious about this I started typing this while the nice woman was making the icing for my gluten free cupcake.

Every time I’ve been to this place it’s been a vibe . The staff always seem to be in a good mood . Listen to me these options will take your tastebuds to cupcake heaven on a sugary cloud. Now this is a lot of sugar so be mindful lol not an everyday indulgence but definitely worth it once in a while. I usually get the smash cake with the ice cream in the middle and that’s plenty for me but it’s definitely worth a try regardless of your sweet tooth preferences.

Smallcakes Maumelle made my daughter’s 10th birthday extra special!! The cake was absolutely delicious, and exactly what I envisioned. The design was beautiful, the flavors were perfect, and everyone at the party loved it! The Customer service was wonderful from start to finish. Friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Let me not forget to mention they went above and beyond, and even called me days after my daughter’s party to see if we enjoyed the cake, and if there was anything they needed to improve. We were extremely satisfied and will be back for future celebrations.
