Aji Ramen is our go-to place when we want a fix of ramen. In the photos, below are some of our favorites: shoyu ramen with grilled chicken, miso ramen with fried chicken, and gyoza dumplings. Everything we’ve ever had at Aji is delicious, and the owners and staff could not be nicer and more welcoming. I highly recommend this little noodle bar.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. This was my first Ramen spot in LR. Will definitely be back. The flavors of each dish was great! I tried the Takoyaki Ramen bowl. There was plenty of noodles and etc… Waitress even offered to take our photo (my birthday lunch/dinner).

Their ramen is sooo good! I usually get the miso with pork slices or chicken. They have spicy options, different appetizers & sushi/rice options as well. I took my friend for her birthday - for sodas + ramen for both of us it was only like $30-something dollars.

We went to Mt. Fuji tonight for the first time since they reopened and man were we blown away. We ordered the house salad, Pork KatsuDon and a few sushi rolls. The KatsuDon had all the right flavors and the sushi was incredibly fresh. Our bartender Will was the star of the show. He was so thoughtful and attentive and he brought us a few extra things to try that left us absolutely floored! The only thing that could elevate this place is if they add Kirin Ichiban on tap.

As a Chinese who has a Japanese wife, I will say it’s the best Ramen and Japanese foods in AR and most of states. I can’t believe I drank all the soup of the Shoyo Ramen. Hope they can have more types of Ramen.

Our waitress was amazing and explained the menu. The decor and overall atmosphere was calming. The Katsudon was really tasty and was a generous portion. The sunshine roll was great.
