Juan was a great service advisor and very helpful to me. I went in for a routine maintenance visit and my tires were starting to bald. Juan gave me a quote of a couple different tires options with their tire promotion they had going on. I ended up adding on the tires and felt very taken care of. This was my first time here, I usually go to Claremont Toyota but I will definitely come back to Crown, I preferred it. Great experience.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Ana and I could not have asked for a better person. I felt taken care of and at ease with the whole process. I was able to test drive a couple of options and it felt like I was driving with a friend. Being able to communicate with Ana in English and Spanish was a major plus. At the end of the day I walked out happy and grateful a deal was able to be made.

I talked to Scott Straley over email while looking for a new car, he answered all my questions over email and made the whole process super easy. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He listened to what I needed and helped me find a car that actually fit what I was looking for and within the budget I was looking for, thanks again Scott.

I visited this Honda dealership because it was the closest to my home to have the windows replaced on my vehicle due to a manufacturing defect. They replaced them free of charge, along with addressing a recall for my car’s model year. The service was outstanding! The technician was not only helpful but also extremely polite. Exceptional customer service truly makes a difference. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and quick.

Highly recommend- Go see Rafael! My husband and I visited there on Memorial Day, and we enjoyed working with the entire team. By the time we left, we declared Rafael “like family”. Honda really does have Helpful Honda people! Thank you for spending half the day working with us. We are very happy with the gorgeous Accord we took home.

New to the area (transplant from Orange County) and decided to get a phone quote for routine maintenance on our 2015 Hyundai Azera Limited. Tina K. took my call and promptly emailed a quote. To my surprise, the pricing was very reasonable and more than competitive to other shops in the area. She scheduled my appointment, confirmed as the appointment date approached and left me in the capable hands of Spenser G. (Asst Svc Mgr) for reception since she would not be there personally. Service performed exceeded my expectation especially when it came to remedying a couple of matters. Will have my vehicle serviced there again. Friendly and efficient.
