Visited this place earlier this afternoon and I must say I was very impressed with what they have to offer. The townhomes/apartments are very nice and spacious and the overall vibe of the place seemed to be really good. Very clean and well kept property as well. Highly recommend to check out if you’re looking for something nice, and up to date. Renee was great . She’s very professional, knowledgeable of the property and very welcoming as well.

René was amazing! she took the time to understand or wants and needs. She took the time to show us to multiple units and showed us around the complex. Gave us all the information we needed. Her hospital truly made us feel welcomed.

My husband, our four kids, and I absolutely love living here, and a huge part of that is because of the amazing office and maintenance team! Amber is incredible, always kind, patient, and ready to help with anything we need. Johnny is just as awesome, making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are taken care of. They truly make us feel like more than just tenants; they treat us like family. And I can’t say enough about the maintenance team! They are always on top of things, quick to respond, and do everything with a smile. With four kids, things come up, and they’ve always been there to help us out without hesitation. We are so grateful for this team and everything they do. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about its residents, this is it!

I have been living here for about a year and absolutely love it. Maintenance is quick with work orders. Location, is great and what you get for the price, you can’t get anywhere else in Ontario. I chose to live here because compared to other apartments in the area, I was just getting so much more for my money especially (enough parking for guests). Not to mention the great leasing staff, for always being amazing. Amber has been great with handling every single concern I’ve had.

Staff members are nice. Leasing members are friendly. One thing I like about this place is they have Amazon lockers so no need to worry about your package being stolen. So far, so good.
