He suggested I bring the item in after explaining my concerns, providing a very reasonable estimate and asked me to leave the item for diagnosis. Really a great example of why we as customers need to support and promote small businesses. I had a really odd situation where the key stuck in my ignition because it so worn out, so i had to remove the entire ignition part of the steering column. Not only did RBM remove the stuck and badly worn out key, he was able to create a new a new key by eye, and get the proper key code from the car company because the manufacturer database recognized the shape he created.Now it all works perfectly. Your not going to get this skill level at Home Depot or Lowe's. Once again please support local business, you won't regret it.
RBM Lock are the best. I had bought a new ignition for one of our Ford work trucks and I had no idea what I got myself into. So I brought it in to have the OEM key setup for this lock cylinder so I didn't have to rekey the whole truck, they handled it with no issues.

My car key (a key with a security chip) broke in two pieces, it was a sunday and all the shops within walking distance were closed . All i could find was 24hr emergency services which would have been close to 140-200 bucks. This place was my lifesaver. He actually answered my call instead of having to wait for a call back. I explained my issue, he was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and went out of his way to explain exactly how to get the new key to be programmed so it will work properly. The best part is, he actually offered to meet me at the shop even though they are closed, i was in and out in less than 10 minutes and instead of 150 bucks, i got out of there paying ONLY $26.00!!!!! I highly recommend this locksmith, true, honest, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and considerate....thanks B&B
I tried to rekey for my lock but three of current lock cylinder pins is too short to fit my new key. I can't find where sell cylinder pins from all hardware shops. I went into this shop with a tentative attitude and asked if they could sell some lock bottom pins to me. The owner was kind enough to find three suitable pins for me. When I asked how much I should pay, he told me it was free. This store is really sincere about serving customers instead of just trying to make money. I really appreciate them solving the problem for me.
They make car remote keys for $45 and duplicate car keys for $7. The guy is good. You need to have your car in front of them if you want to make it remote keyless. Their price is good compared to other place.

These guys were so helpful in making a new spare key to my 2015 Honda CRV. I came into the store and they made it in less than 20 minutes including programing the key AND I paid $150 less than what the dealer wanted to charge me. I highly recommend them.
