We just went to Mathis Bros and purchased our living room set rug included. Lawrence helped us out with finding our perfect couch. He was polite and took the time to look up all details and if he didn't know he would find out. Vincent has excellent skills helping us find the perfect rug to go with our new set. We will definitely be back to Mathis for any furniture needs.
We went to the discount area in search of a piece of furniture to hold our record collection and stereo. We found an item that was perfect within 5 minutes of browsing. Our salesperson was nice and fast and so friendly! He helped us and walked us smoothly through the process. He walked with us to the payment area and helped us there too. We got an amazing discount from Mathis Bros because we have bought furniture here and it was amazing. We love Mathis Bros and had an A+ experience yesterday.
The staff was courteous and friendly. I did not feel rushed but still the entire process was done expeditiously. My family and I went to Bob's Furniture last night 05/09/22 to look for a new sofa. The sales guy Eric was nice and assisted us with getting some nice power reclining sofas, and a new dining room table. We actually only went there for just a new sofa but gotta good deal on dining room table, and was even able to do financing and put cash down. We've purchased from Bob's in the past and that is the reason we went back to this time and the experience was great just like it was last time.
Vincent was amazing help as soon as we walked in!! He directed us to the area we were interested in looking at and never felt pressure to purchase! Once we selected a dining table we loved (and it was in stock) the financing process was quick and easy!! We have bought product in the past from Bobs and will surely buy again in the future! Thank you Bob’s Discount Furniture.
Totally satisfied with Bob's furniture store. Samuel and Eric, both customer specialist, were very helpful. They both were very knowledgeable about their stock, showed extreme patience with all of my questions. They had exactly what we wanted and the sales women was very nice and good. The only thing we didn’t like was the amount of time it’s going to take to get our furniture, but with the covid and supplies we weren’t surprised. Still we like what we go.
The store had a nice atmosphere. The staff offered their assistance but did not hover over me, which I appreciated. They were friendly and available to answer all of my questions. I ordered a recliner and the process was quick and easy.
Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful in helping our desires and needs. Manager and design specialist were outstanding along with other staff. Great selection and willingness to modify and inform in giving professional opinion.
