Sent flowers to my dearest friend after a difficult loss of a loved one. I wanted to shop local and was so glad to find Urban Florist! I ordered shortly before the deadline for same day delivery and was so pleased they were able to fulfill the order and delivery on time. Communication was great and the recipient said it was the most beautiful bouquet she’s ever received. Thank you for everything.

This was my second time ordering from Urban Florist and both times I had a great experience. I browsed the selections online and picked out an arrangement. The checkout process was easy. I received an e-mail confirmation of my order, an e-mail letting me know it was on its way, and an e-mail when it was delivered. The flowers were sent to the same person on two different occasions. She loved them and said they were absolutely beautiful. I will continue to be a repeat customer of this fantastic small business.

I called Urban Florist yesterday from another state in the US and they were able to custom make a beautiful floral arrangement and deliver it today, despite being busy and having limited options in stock before Mother’s Day! Thank you so much! My parents love them so much and are very happy and surprised.

We ordered a Christmas Centerpiece for our mom’s winter birthday and she loved it so much she cried! The arrangement was so beautiful and packed with gorgeous flowers as we got the premium version! Ordering online was easy and they answer questions quickly. Beautiful craftsmanship and great customer service.

Ordering the day before Mother's Day, I didn't hold out much hope of getting flowers to my Daughter in Law, but Lynette's not only took my late order-they delivered them early in the day . The price was affordable, with no extra charges like national companies. There was some deviation from the bouquet I picked, but I was in awe and it was very pleasant considering they were probably short on everything!!! Great job, I'll use you again. Thank you.
