The location was welcoming and a smooth running process. Everyone who we engaged with was very kind and helpful. The individual who led us from start to finish, was named Mark, and he was great! He was patient, very engaging, and had a bright personality. There is no way you can engage with this kid, and not automatically feel more positive and excited about life, his energy is quite contagious. I love that this place doesn't work on commission, so I can trust the information being given, and I love how they helped me figure out the loan options to best match my credit union-- as I wanted to get the car same day, and I love not having any delays. They also have amazing coverage services to add on, that makes me feel secure, if I ever need anything that I can get help and not worry about being misinformed or tricked at a repair place as a woman who has very little car knowledge. Would highly recommend this place.
