3 Best Apartments For Rent in St Paul, MN

I’ve been a resident at TPA (Creek Pointe in the past) since 2016. I’ll admit originally living here it was nothing special before the revamp. Big reason my partner and I moved here is because we have 2 dogs and it was difficult to find an apartment complex that allowed more than 1 pet. Also we both grew up in the Battle Creek neighborhood. It’s a great place to live especially by all the stores, schools and food spots that’s nearby. My neighbors are to themselves and not loud. The cleaners at the apartment are friendly and do a good job. The maintenance men are also friendly when they fix something, but we never have issues with our appliances or whatever. The propane bbq grills and indoor pool is a plus. Workout room is great too. Shanice in the office is so nice and takes care of my requests. My only complaint is I wish TPA didn’t offer guest parking spots and concentrated more on residential parking.

I’d like to share the new Property mgr is very professional and handles things very quickly. Our upstairs neighbor has flooded our apartment twice, the first time nothing was done they I did shampoo my own carpet. This second time was very bad and also in our other bathroom. It was done quick and well communicated when things would be done! I also had moisture damage in my bathroom located in my room. I put through a maintenance request months ago, someone came to look at it and the request was cleared but nothing done. I put one through about two weeks ago and it was taken care of and looks very nice! Thank you to new management and the maintenance guys for working so quickly on these things.

This is a late review because I moved out some months ago. Management do everything that can to upkeep the property like cut the grass, everyday cleaning lady/man, maintenance responses at a reasonable time, route pest control, answering phone and return emails, very professional and polite staff. The heating is great and so is the air conditioning. You don’t hear your neighbors though the walls. Property are very secure entry doors and overnight security. I felt safe and my apartment was very secured. The problem is the tenants. They are the ones who make it hard for management and try to being the property down. I stayed there for 2yrs. Relocated because of work. Overall I like staying there.

I have really enjoyed living here. Management team is super responsive, any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. The apartment itself feels modern and well-maintained. I really appreciate that the building invests in building community. The location is a big advantage, being right by the Green Line makes it easy to get around the Twin Cities, and there are so many great restaurants and breweries within walking distance.

I've been living here for 3 years now and changed apartments within the building a few times for extra space. I loved all 3 of our apartments, management is super friendly and responsive, maintenence is quick and efficient, and they will throw community events once a while that are great for meeting fellow residents. Highly recommend.

The apartment is wonderfully designed with a great layout and spacious rooms, making it very comfortable to live in. Having a balcony adds a nice touch. The furniture and appliances are of high quality and work perfectly. The place is always clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities readily available. The package management system is efficient, ensuring deliveries are handled securely and conveniently. Overall, a fantastic living experience!
