THE LYRIC AT CARLETON PLACE REVIEWS
I've lived at The Lyric for almost a year and a half and love it. When our dryer stopped drying clothes they had maintenance to our place with a replacement within the hour. When I accidently left my keys on the bus the staff let me into my apartment after I got home from work for 2 days until I got them back. They are the most caring staff I've ever experienced at places I have rented through and I am glad I renewed my lease.
I moved here from Philadelphia about a year ago and I am very pleased with my experience. Top things of importance to me while renting: pest control, parking availability, open communication between tenant and management, responsive maintenance, parking for guests, and lastly security. All have been covered while here. The issues I've had with the complex were totally out of their hands (ie someone pulling the fire alarm), but management apologized for that as well. Rent has not gone up with my new lease, which makes me believe they appreciate some longevity and loyalty from tenants.
Management goes out of their way to provide continuous upgrades. The brand new gym & equipment is a huge plus and has pretty much everything. Great place to live especially if you have pets.

After been a resident for almost a year and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. I've never lived anywhere with such a visible, available, and responsive management team. Not only do they respond to questions or requests as quickly as possible, any maintenance needs I have had- even if it was a low priority to me- they have addressed and resolved within 24 hours. The amenities amazing and the living spaces are well cared for.
We recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment here and could not be happier! The apartment itself is in great shape, the building is quiet and feels secure, and the amenities are wonderful. The skyway access and proximity to the farmers market, the river, and so many other things is fabulous. Also, Lana was an absolute rockstar answering our questions and guiding us through the leasing process. Would definitely recommend!
I moved here at 333 in December and honestly this is the best place I was ever going to live the apartments are very comfortable so quiet they have a lot of wonderful areas inside the building it is safe and they also have amazing staff unfortunately I need to move to another state but it was an incredible experience, i goona miss my view!
