I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Galtier Towers. Starting with the tour and since moving in, the management team has been outstanding—always friendly, approachable, and quick to address any question or concern. They go out of their way to learn your name and make you feel valued as a resident. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They respond to work orders promptly and complete tasks efficiently, always with a smile. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and I really appreciate how friendly they are. I also want to give a special shout-out to the custodial staff. They do an incredible job keeping the building spotless, and their attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. The common areas are always clean and welcoming, and they greet me with warmth whenever we cross paths in the hallways. Having access to the 10th floor amenities with great views of the city and access to Sky Rec are great additions. The level of care and dedication from the entire team at Galtier Towers makes this a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend!.

My partner and I ultimately went with a different apartment because of our workplace location, but I have to say the Galtier staff are excellent and professional! They had a lot of different floor plans (loved the Martin) and the amenities are seriously hard to beat! We toured this place twice with their different offerings and we can tell the residents love it there. Highly recommend, and again they have great and responsive staff!.

Great location, wonderful view, attentive staff. Walking distance to parks, farmers market and CHS Stadium. I would highly recommend Galtier Towers to anyone looking to move into the downtown Saint Paul area.

THE COSMOPOLITAN REVIEWS

The Cosmopolitan is the CUTEST apartment complex in St. Paul! I’m obsessed with the 12’ windows and tall ceilings, plus the vintage charm you see all over the community. It’s in a super cute and convenient location on Mears Park, which has community run events pretty frequently. People love to say Saint Paul is unsafe, but I’ve only had positive, friendly, and kind interactions with people when walking around. Super close to really great restaurants, CHS field, the Farmers Market, etc. I’d highly recommend The Cosmopolitan to anyone who wants good service, a gorgeous place to live, and great amenities!.

I love living at the Cosmopolitan! Residents are so friendly and the property has such character! The property has historical feels yet modern, beautiful decor. The amenities are amazing, including SkyRec, available to all Bigos residents. You would not be disappointed.

Joanne, Shannon, Chenoya, Ralph, and Curtis are the best. This is the best place to live and there’s always things going on throughout the community here, bbq, free donuts and coffee! You wouldn’t regret living here. They understand the tenants and they all work well together to provide the perfect living space! I can go on and on about how happy I am, but you’ll have to come tour yourself to see how wonderful Cosmo really is!.

I have really enjoyed living here. Management team is super responsive, any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. The apartment itself feels modern and well-maintained. I really appreciate that the building invests in building community. The location is a big advantage, being right by the Green Line makes it easy to get around the Twin Cities, and there are so many great restaurants and breweries within walking distance.

I've been living here for 3 years now and changed apartments within the building a few times for extra space. I loved all 3 of our apartments, management is super friendly and responsive, maintenence is quick and efficient, and they will throw community events once a while that are great for meeting fellow residents. Highly recommend.

The apartment is wonderfully designed with a great layout and spacious rooms, making it very comfortable to live in. Having a balcony adds a nice touch. The furniture and appliances are of high quality and work perfectly. The place is always clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities readily available. The package management system is efficient, ensuring deliveries are handled securely and conveniently. Overall, a fantastic living experience!.
