I was really impressed by how careful and skilled he was - you could tell he really cares about doing a great job! He was super mindful of everything around him while unloading the car, making sure not to bump into anything. The dispatcher initially said it would be about 2 hours, and though it took a bit longer before they let me know Anthony was on his way, I totally understand - these things happen when you're running a busy towing service! I had the greatest experience with Just In Tyme Towing. I needed my restoration project RV towed to the mechanic, and the man who showed up was kind, patient, intentional and creative. He was worried he wouldn't be able to accommodate the long, welded-on bumper carrier... but he worked so hard, and made it work. He was also collaborative and communicated well so we could work together as needed. I was very impressed with his demeanor, kindness, and professionalism.
