SLUMBERLAND FURNITURE CLEARANCE OUTLET REVIEWS

I recently bought a bedframe, headboard, mattress and sofa at the Slumerland outlet store in St Paul. Henry was out sales person and he did an excellent job on answering our questions, finding options and setting up our delivery details. He was knowledgeable about the items and was very professional, patient and friendly in making the sale. I believe I got a great deal on all these purchases and appreciated Henry's helpful and great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

Absolutely fantastic service! Gabe greeted us and gave us all the information we needed to browse the store. When we found EXACTLY what we were looking for he took time to make sure we were taken care of. He disassembled the table so we could fit it in the truck and helped me load. This store also has a fantastic Manager who really respects his staff and gives them credit for the great job they do. We found a dresser and nightstand and they worked together to make the deal work for us. We will be back when it's time to furnish our cabin.

I have made multiple purchases here and have nothing but good things to say. They always have good sales going on and on most stickered items are willing to negotiate pricing. I love that they do not pressure me and give me time to make decisions but also are very kind and willing to answer questions whenever needed! They also do free delivery which is a huge plus.

From my experience in the store with expert William to the delivery by Jack and Dan, everything was exceptional. They pricing was great. The help was superb. The delivery was even ahead of time and notified before arriving. Install of my new rug and sectional were quick and clean. Spend your money here! They delivered in under 24 hours.

Friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable as well as very willing to help in any way possible. I have shopped here and I am very satisfied with my experience as well as my furniture that I purchased from them and I would continue to do business with them in the future because of their friendliness, experience and knowledge.

The guy that showed us around the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. They took so much care when they delivered our furniture as well. You guys are awesome.

We have had nothing but amazing experiences when shopping Royal Star! Joshua gave us advice about bringing in the dimensions of the room we were trying to furnish. We returned with the dimensions and he walked us through the size of the couch we should get along with made some suggestions on other things we could fill some empty space with! Both Joshua and Damon were great to work with and extremely efficient!! They took the time to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy with our decision!! We highly recommend.

We love Royal Star Furniture! We bought our apartment Furniture there a few years ago and now we are building a house and buying additional furniture there because of the quality and service. Great selection and great pricing.

This was our first time shopping at Royal Furniture. Joshua was great, he directed us to the furniture we were looking for, gave us information on various pieces and then stepped back to give us time to explore all the options. My wife uses a walker and Joshua made sure she had a place to sit at the counter while we paid for our purchases. That’s going the extra mile, and we’ll definitely be back.
