The fine folks at Lloyd's were able to fix the bent metal shield that was dragging under my car. They explained the repair and recommended next steps clearly. I was very satisfied with their service and would recommend them highly!

Tuan found a tow truck for me in a snowstorm when none were available. After reading the reviews online, I decided to have him do the bodywork on my car after my collision. He was amazing! Other companies said I’d have to wait 5 to 9 weeks before they could even pick it up and then it would sit on their lot before they could get to it. Tuan immediately started ordering parts and took care of it right away. My car is perfect again. And I’m so grateful!

This is the shop I recommend to everyone I know. As a single woman, it can be really nerve wracking going to the mechanic for fear of being overcharged or taken advantage of. I started going to this location about 5 years ago because I scheduled a Lyft/Uber inspection. I have been a customer ever since. The owner and service manager are very fair people and have never tried to upsell me. I have always been happy with the maintenance (first with a 2008 E-350 and now with a 2014 Focus). This is truly a neighborhood shop and they serve ALL people with dignity and respect. I have since moved out of the area but I make a point to drive back for my service. I would highly recommend this place!

The staff at Meineke on University Ave in St Paul is always professional. I went in for a simple oil change and the mechanic recommended four new tires. My tires had little tread for the snow & ice of our MN Winter. Tires were ordered, picked up, and put on all while I waited. I depend on and trust that Meineke team!
