Ali and Ala... Thank You both for helping me through out my first purchase ever for an Acura Vehicle. I've had Cadillac vehicles for the past 10+ yrs, however you helping me understand the advantages of owning an Acura vehicle and your clear explanation regarding the broad warranty and protection has made a huge difference and helped me making a bold decision. I really liked my Service Advisor, Nicole. She was informative, communicative and knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle in for an oil/filter change but unfortunately other issues were found that needed to be addressed, and the wait became lengthy but that’s not Nicole’s fault; I did appreciate that she communicated with me regarding each specific issue. She was also kind enough to let me borrow her phone charger during my wait. All in all, I left the dealer confident in knowing that my vehicle w was once again in great shape for safe operation on the road.
