I want to commend your employee John Nox he was very professional and courteous throughout my visit. He also helped me get a part ordered that I knew I needed but couldn't get help the last time. I was telling him about my last bad service experience and he made up for it with his knowledge and kindness. He is the reason I will continue to go back to your service center as I was ready to start going to a new service center. John is a valuable asset.

Definitely an enjoyable overall vehicle purchase experience. We love our new car! The only drawback was the 4 1/2 hour process to finalize the purchase on delivery day. We had hoped that our cash deal would have streamlined this process. All of the dealership representatives that we were in contact with were friendly and helpful, especially Silvia & Lee Roy. And we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and lunch!

My salesman was attentive and walked all around the sales lot with us looking for something that fit our budget but our preferences as well.
