My experience with the dealership was nothing short of exceptional. My salesperson, in particular, displayed exceptional accuracy in predicting my car's arrival and provided me with helpful instructions on driving my manual transmission vehicle. Dave Glenn and Jay Flores deserve special mention for their assistance in securing a GR86 in manual, which was a challenging feat given the car's high demand in the market. Despite facing stiff competition and excessive markups at other dealerships, Findlay Toyota was able to procure the vehicle in less than two months or possibly even less. Thanks to Dave's efforts, I was able to take possession of the car sooner than expected. I would like to express my appreciation to Findlay Toyota for making my dream of owning this car a reality. When it comes to the service department, they took exceptional care of my vehicle, handling it with the utmost delicacy and correcting all of the transportation-induced scratches on the car at no cost to me. The results were so impeccable that even my friends who are professional detailers couldn't remember where the scratches had been. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Findlay Toyota, and I'm grateful to them for making it possible for me to own one of my dream cars at the age of 17.
