Gosch FORD went above and beyond. This has been an amazing place to do Business. Both Viktor and Shannon are very professional, kind, and very thorough. The service manager has put an excellent team together, and they will take care of your needs and ensure everything gets done. I had lost my faith in Ford due to North County Ford, but they have changed my perception of what a service team should be and not being lied to.

Abraham is great. He found the right car for me and took my lease car back with no problems. He was very attentive and helpful and even called me after to see if I had any questions about anything. Fernando and finance was terrific too, and got me in an out very quickly and didn’t try to upsell me with anything which I appreciated. I got my last two cars with Gosch. And also have my car serviced with you. Your service department is also awesome. You are great to work with.
