It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The sales person we had was helpful, and he even talk to us while we were waiting on a few things to be done. He helped us find a car that was suitable for us. My overall experience was great, and I would totally recommend anyone to go there and to that sales person.

My experience has been phenomenal. I went to Clay Cooley in Irving and I can NEVER get 1/4 of the service that I received from Graff., So thank you for getting me in out within 2 1/2 days. Clay Cooley Chevrolet gave me 5 days for diagnostic and 3 weeks minimum to fix it the issue. Let me say also the service person whom first name starts with a R is definitely not for the customers.

Brought a jeep Cherokee used there and they were very polite and no pressure for sales. And Francis was great she helped me thru the whole process. The finance person did not try to sell any additional service. It was a great overall experience.
