My son and his girlfriend went out of state across state lines to Texas from Oklahoma For a day trip for his 19th birthday. They ended up having car trouble and we were able to call JJs Towing for emergency help (After another horrible phone call to accompany where I could barely understand due to the foreign accent). JJs immediately answered, responded, and helped us when we were miles apart and was scared for my son and his safety. The driver loaded the vehicle into the truck and brought my kids, and vehicle, back when I was worried and scared beyond belief. They were honest, Kind, caring and understanding of the situation… Even though my son is technically an “adult“ he is fresh out of high school And about to go to college, just trying to enjoy his birthday on his “last summer” Before adulthood.. we are so grateful and felt like my son was in great hands with a very fair price. I constantly checked on my son throughout the entire drive, and he felt safe and comfortable as well. I would 100% recommend this company for any needs that they provide. I am a very protective mama and probably will be for the rest of my life. For them to make me feel like my child And his girlfriend were safe, makes them very reliable and trustworthy in my books, And should be in everyone else’s book as well. Awesome service. My grandsons car’s brakes went out in Texas, 3 hours away from home. JJ’s towing got my grandson, my grandson’s girlfriend, and his car all back home safely. Very responsible and professional. 10/10.
