I’m so happy to have found Crystal! My rescue pup needs a lot of desensitization, and Crystal has been guiding us with so much patience. She’s helping us focus on one step at a time, which makes the homework feel manageable instead of overwhelming. After just a little over a month, I’m already seeing improvement in my dog. I really appreciate the scaffolding approach—starting with sponge baths and gradually working toward spray baths—so my pup can stay clean without added stress. I definitely recommend her kind, thoughtful business to anyone who needs extra sensitivity and care for their pup.

Took my baby to get groomed by Crystal and it was great. She provided a report card at the end of his groom and provided some great feedback. I will definitely be taking my fur baby back to see her.

My sister takes their dogs to Camp Bow Bow in Baton Rouge and raves about them. We decided to visit the one on Grand Prairie and as soon as we opened the door, we were hit with NO smell. That is not what we expected. After talking with the host, we took a tour and were IMPRESSED. When she talked about cabins, I thought we would see log cabins but the rooms were better and bigger than expected. The whole facility was very nice and so were the employees. We look forward to bringing our dog there for an interview and a day at Doggie Daycare. We wanted to try that before doing sleep overs.

There is not enough I can’t say about this place and how well they take care of our dog and the love they give him. I have never seen him so happy to go to day care. And their enrichment activities for the dogs, chefs kiss.

Sergio & Melissa run an amazing location of Camp Bow Wow! The best I’ve seen - by far and away! Each person here is so caring. Moe is a wonderful groomer! Lupe is a fabulous photographer and Cecilia is so great with the activities and storytime! My puppy, Wheatie, LOVES coming here! This place truly is his home away from home.
