3 Best Hotels in Grand Prairie, TX

Was in town for a concert and wasn’t aware that the hotel offered a Shuttle to and from the venue until we met Monte on our way out of the hotel to attend the concert. He introduced himself and we spoke for a while and then we drove to the hotel. While at the concert I got sick and called the hotel to ask if the shuttle to could pick me up and take me back to the hotel. I wasn’t sure since I didn’t ride the shuttle to the concert. The desk gave me Monte’s cell number snd we arranged the ride. He picked me up swiftly and brought me straight to the hotel. He was so attentive and made sure that I was comfortable since he knew I was not feeling well. His compassion showed. He was not just a driver to me. He was a caring soul, and I appreciate him and the staff for their courtesy and compassion.

Great hotel, will be stay there every time we go! They had a fire alarm issue going on which was out of their control but they offered us late check out which was great because we got to rest! Rooms are clean nice. They also have a full breakfast.

We really liked this dog-friendly hotel. Room was very clean and had no bad smells. Receptionists were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was just fine for 3 star hotel for that price. Would stay there again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. My family stayed four nights in 3 rooms. The rooms were clean, the decor was stylish, and the layout was easy. As soon as we walked in, the lobby had a faint, fresh, clean smell that continued throughout the hotel. They do not allow pets, but had zero issues accommodating our service dog. Their pool was warm and just the right size for my kids to enjoy wading and playing in. The breakfast buffet was constantly kept stocked and clean. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub suite, and could not have been happier. Water temperature and pressure was fantastic, and the room looked like no one had ever stayed in it before. The cleaning staff, the desk staff, the maintenance crew, the management, everybody was amazing. They were always available, always friendly, and always helpful. Anything we needed- lost cards, reprogrammed cards, extra sheets for the sofa, extra blankets, etc, they were so quick and happy to provide. We saw the same staff multiple times throughout our stay and they remembered us and were always making sure everything was to our satisfaction. They even installed brand new TVs in multiple rooms while we were there just to upgrade the models. And when my wife and I got the munchies but didn't want to leave the hotel, the convenient snack store at the lobby was well worth the price for candy bars, ice cream sandwiches, chips, soda, and hot pockets.

Never been to grand prairer before. I had booked with a different hotel across the street and because of bad reviews i was told about this one. I don't remember best westerns being good hotels but this particular one had amazing reviews for the most part.

I stayed at BWP for about a week, it’s truly a great place, area, rooms, breakfast, overall hotel experience was amazing. The staff was really friendly, caring and showed concern for our needs.
