I absolutely love my car. I couldn’t be happier with Grand Prairie Ford. I really thought I wanted a different car but my husband wanted me to look at a Ford first. Our salesman took the time to listen to everything I wanted, showed me a variety of cars with the different features that I was interested in, and then found the vehicle that contained everything I wanted and got it for me. I am so happy with my Ford Explorer Platinum. It’s perfect for me and had all of the features I wanted but ended up being close to 10,000 less than the vehicle I thought I wanted.

Nelson's assistance and customer service was great. Appreciated keeping me updated I had such a positive experience, super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. Seriously, I felt so taken care of, which is rare these days. Although I couldn't get everything fixed as recommended, will be back to have taken care of. Definitely recommend.

Came in with a trade. I got offered more than expected and got a beautiful 23 suburban from this team. What’s more impressive is it automatically comes with 2 year service included. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recommend them if you’re looking for a new or used car.

It was a very nice experience, since the moment you arrive they make you feel welcome and comfortable! Jennifer was very helpful, she went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for, she was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process! Everyone was with a positive energy and an awesome vibe! They make everything feel less stressful! Honestly the best dealer I have known! A decent and honest dealership! The whole process was very smooth.

Graff is an awesome dealer. Pedro the salesman is awesome to work with. The director also helped out with the extended insurance and helped make the process seamless. Will buy from here again. From the first call until I walked out the door was a great experience.

Madi was amazing! There were many logistical complications with obtaining my 2025 Equinox RS, but he was a patient and supportive trooper. Car and dealership are amazing. This experience converted this 30 year Ford owner to a proud Chevrolet driver.

I just bought a used vehicle here and it was a very easy process. I first arrived and asked about a vehicle I found on their website. The salesman Jehangir was very nice and showed me the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy or haggling over price. The whole team was nice and the actual purchase process was smooth and only took 1.5 hours. I’ve had experienced from previous purchases 6-8 hours at a dealer ship. I would buy from these guys again.

Amazing experience! Caleb was so easy to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about multiple vehicle we test drove and some we didn’t. He was very fast and the entire financial team was overwhelming helpful. No hidden fees or high pressure sales. We are looking forward to buying our next vehicle at Toyota of Grapevine.
