3 Best Apartments For Rent in Grand Prairie, TX

This is an honest review and I’ve actually waited some time to write my review, to see if what other say is true about this place. I’ve lived here for now a month. From the application process to living here now I give them a 5 stars from the customer service to the maintenance of the apartment. I was assisted by Josie. She’s really professional and helped me with understanding everything. Walked me through the entire process, it was so easy and unbelievable. My apartment is soooo cute omg. I seen others say the apartments have roaches or bed bugs. And NO the apartments don’t have roaches or bedbugs. Those who have the critters are probably really nasty. They also might have brought the bugs with them. I haven’t seen a bug since Ive moved in. The air and heat works perfectly fine. I live around quiet neighbors. The overall property is nice. Since I’ve been here only had issues with water 1 time, and even then it wasn’t a big deal. It’s expected for a complex that houses over 700+ units. The creek is really nice, this is my first apartment and I do recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting a new home. Even now Josie still responds to all my text if I have any questions. Anyone that says anything bad about her must be terrible themselves. Thank you Josie for all your help. This place feels like home. PERIODT. Now clock that tea.

Denesha Hall was absolutely amazing. Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The quality exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was impressive. Customer service was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't be happier with my decision-highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch results.

Had a great experience for the two years we lived here, maintenance was prompt, easy, and hassle free. The payment portal is very easy and the rent is very fair. The facilities are great and clean. When it came time move it was very easy and we got our full deposit refund shortly after. Overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend.
