Thank you service advisor James and master tech Tam for going such a amazing service for my RX350! James is very friendly and was able to help me with all my questions and concerns about the car. Tam is thorough in his services and is able to find an issue other master techs wasn’t able to find before. I felt confident my car would be serviced properly and honestly in the hands of James and Tam. I now will request for them both whenever I bring my cars in for services and so will the rest of my family who has a Lexus! We love Lexus !

Always great service with Lexus Fremont. Super easy to book and appointment whether online or on the phone. Everyone is helpful and kind. This time around we met a great gentlemen named Phat Lam, def took extra care for us and made sure everything worked out. Got a beautiful loaner car and even when we returned he still checked in. The service at Lexus Fremont is phenomenal. They are very friendly and helpful. I often find myself needing repairs or services that require more than half of the day. They always help me into a loaner car and keep my appraised on the status of my vehicle. I currently live closer to another Lexus location but continue to return to Lexus of Fremont. Thank you Scott!
