This was one of the smoothest purchases of a vehicle I have ever made. Romano Subaru's team is absolutely amazing. The car was perfect, every question I had was answered with knowledge and honesty. My salesperson was Mark Richardson. is truly an ace, I will buy from him again and again. Ryan Collins was amazing! 20/10. He was extremely nice and kind and explained everything in detail so I understood what was going to be done. He was able to get me a loaner so I could go to a medical appointment while they worked on the car. The service was quick, by the time I was out of the appointment they were already done. It's a 1hr and 15 min drive for me and I will never hesitate to go anywhere else because the service has always been beyond excellent from the buying to the service.

I had a really fantastic experience buying a car here; the sales staff is totally patient, great listeners, very accommodating and made me feel comfortable as a first time buyer.
