Thomas Nissan

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Thomas Nissan and my salesman, Jorge Nieves. He was EXCELLENT. Jorge did more than just sell me a car. He listened to me. He made sure I knew everything there was to know about my new car. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Too, days before I purchased the car, I had been texting with him quite a bit about what I had been looking for. He was always quick to reply. I appreciated being able to communicate with him that way as it saved some time at the dealership on the day of my purchase. My husband and I would most certainly buy from Thomas Nissan and Jorge again and plan/hope to be lifelong customers of theirs. (Actually, we bought a second car from this week even.)

Joseph was very attentive and helpful. He did his best to find a match for our needs. It was great experience test-driving the car he recommended. We've visited multiple other dealership before we stopped by and overall it was great experience at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. We would highly recommend Joseph to other customers if you're going to schedule a visit at this location.

I had to take my vehicle for service . I was greeted by Ubaldo who was very welcoming and took the time to hear my concerns and checked out my car. He communicated with me every step of the way. He made this experience very easy and as always Nissan didn’t disappoint with the repairs. Second car I’ve gotten from them and very happy.
