Car had to be towed to the shop. Was kept informed as soon as it arrived. I love the diagnostic report that you receive about your vehicle. It is very detailed, complete with pictures and videos. They also call and discuss the report before moving on to the repair. Was given a reasonable time frame for the repair and the car was completed in that time frame. Great customer service and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Loved my first time service at Christian Brothers! Stopped in for a State Inspection and was helped right away. I had my two year old son with me and they made him feel super comfortable and even set him up with a coloring book.

This is second time I have used this service. The staff is always polite and friendly. They do an excellent job of helping people deal with car problems.

Cortez has consistently done an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. It's the Smart Carcare warranty person, Bill that I found to be disgustingly rude and non-compliant in his end of the process that caused me great expense, unlike what I had experienced over the last 5 years in dealing with Omega Carcare service.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. They were very fast fixing our vehicle and it ran way better when we got it back. We had called 5 places to get quotes and estimated times. We took a chance and tried them and so glad we did. HIGHLY recommend this car care center for repairs and engine work.

I'm pleased to say that. my experience was wonderful. In fact it went so smooth and fast that I was surprised. But my car was done in a great way. Good service.

I was in Beaumont and needed an oil change before I got back on the road. Lee ( Service Center Manager) could not have been more welcoming and professional. Chase (The Service Technician) could not have been more thorough, polite, and professional. In an era where customer service is at an all time low and prices are at an all time high, these guys keep it old school and take pride in their work and customer interactions. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

Visit was enlightening. Lee was eyes on the minute I pulled up to Grease Monkey. First was a need for tire rotation which I gladly accepted. Then I was told I needed a new battery which came at a good price. Thankful for their services and recommendations all in one stop shop.

Friendly, efficient, thorough, not pushy. We’ve used many of the other guys and have recently made this store our 1st option for personal and work trucks. Lee, the manager, and the Kaysha, my attendant, were helpful and friendly.
