I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. It’s generally a nice and quiet place, providing a peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxation. The workout and business centers are impressive—well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stay active and productive... During the summer, the pool area transforms into a fantastic vibe. It's a great spot to unwind and socialize with neighbors. The management team is exceptional, always responsive and attentive to residents' needs. Additionally, the maintenance crew deserves a special mention—their efficiency and friendliness set this complex apart. Overall, I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living experience!

Best apartment so far. Been here for 3 years, staff is top notch, maintenance team and services are great and apartments are so well maintained. Unfortunately will be moving out to Houston. I have seen many “luxury” apartments but none of them are close to this place’s, simple yet attention to detail construction. Could say a lot more especially after a disappointing apartment hunt in Houston .

I moved in this week to Preserve at Old Dowlen, and I could not be happier. Bella, Courtney, and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Beaumont, Texas. First class all the way!

I rented a two-story townhome here for a few years when I lived in Beaumont about 10-15 years ago and it was a great experience. The management and staff were incredibly professional with great personalities. I always looked forward to my regular visits with them. We had such lovely chats, which made it feel like home. The neighbors were friendly and we had a lot of fun together. The apartment/townhouse was really spacious and well-constructed, hence I barely ever heard the neighbors from the two different units I shared walls with and, when I did, it wasn't at all disruptive. I notice the 2 bed, 2 bathroom 1,200 sq. ft. unit I used to rent is going for ½ of what I pay for my 1 bed, I bath (with no patio or even windows that open) in Houston, so it's still a great deal!

I have immensely enjoyed my time living here. The location is perfect because it is next to many stores, restaurants, and places of entertainment. The staff is kind and always helpful. They don’t just seem like they are here to collect a paycheck, but more like a family that actually wants to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Beaumont. I also appreciate the lengths they go through to provide fun events for the community here. The units here have a lot of space and they are built very well.

I met with Keily and she is a very sweet and welcoming individual! She answered all questions that me and my fiancé had! The office was very clean, organized, and smelt very nice! The office alone made you feel like you’re at home! She gave a great tour of the property and amenities. Me and my fiancé were really impressed with this property!
