UNITED BUILT HOMES REVIEWS

We are at the beginning to mid-stages of our new build. I made it point to take time out to Point out the hard work our Project manager, Cody, and team have put in our new build. I have people from our new neighborhood texting me daily to compliment the hard work and hours these people are putting into our home. It does not go unnoticed. Cody has personally texted us updates along the way, evidence he is invested in our home, it’s quality, and our satisfaction.

It’s been 6 years since we built with UBH, and we are still so happy with our home and design. I know that has to do with our salesperson, Theresa, walking us through our plan, and taking the time to be patient with us as we choose what worked best with our lifestyle. Thanks again, UBH, for building our forever home.

ANDERSON HOMES REVIEWS

We hired Anderson Homes to perform an addition to our house several years ago. Our son recently ran into one of the exterior doors in our garage. We called Anderson to help assess the repair and order and install the new doors, since they were special ordered during the original remodel project. Anderson Homes not only provided great service for the repair, but also engaged the door manufacturer to perform maintenance on all of our exterior doors. Thank you Anderson Homes for being available several years later and for the extra effort on the repair and maintenance to our home.

Jane and I have built two homes with Anderson Homes and my parents built one years ago. Every aspect of the projects was professional, fun, beautiful and functional. If I ever build another home it will be with Anderson.

Anderson Construction is one of the most organized and highly recommended builders in our area. If you need a job done right, contact them.

Dealing with Norma, Terry, Kellie and Mark was fairly easy with it being our first time to ever have a home built. Norma was very understanding when it came to our indecisiveness and was very easy to deal with. We appreciated Marks attention to detail on his visits to the home. He found things that he didn't like and had them fixed immediately. Terry is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the build, he was able to address any concerns we had day or night. Kellie was the glue that navigated us to the next steps in the process as we went along. THANK YOU.
