Matthew's Jewelers on Dowlen is great! I would highly recommend them! I've used them three times for sautering my wedding band and engagement ring together and even my band for when I had my son. When I got my wedding set stuck, the jewelry technician took his time to make sure my jewelry was cut off without hurting me. He made sure that the cut was done well because he knew how much to bend the ring to make it come off nicely. Then, I used them to sauter my wedding set (that got cut off) and my gold band together. They did amazing. The front staff made sure I had the right size, and the jewelry technician did amazing sauterting them all together. You couldn't tell it was cut, and it is now one cohesive ring. Again, I highly recommend Matthew's Jewelers.

I cannot imagine a more caring, knowledgeable & helpful staff! Carlee remembered us almost a year, after my husband came in to purchase a ring for me. They were just as nice when he decided to upgrade the stone size and it required a new setting (the original ring was stunning, but he wanted a larger stone). It is definitely a ring that will be passed down in our family. The selection, service and value were superior to any other place we have gone. They work really hard to see that you are happy. You can't go wrong with Matthews.

Carlee helped tremendously throughout the entire process and ensured the ring I chose for my now fiancé was everything she wanted. I had 3 watches that needed the batteries replaced. I called and asked if they were still providing this service leading up to the holidays. They confirmed they were. I showed up and they were worked on immediately! I think they were done within 10 minutes of dropping them off. I can’t tell you how great the service was. When I need jewelry or a repair done, I will definitely go here. A great jewelry store!.

Charlie and his son are very personable as well as helpful. I called, just with questions about having my Rolex serviced, and was pleasantly surprised that their in-house watch master, Mr. Gomez, could take care of it for me. Two weeks later.. all done. Very happy with Nacol’s attention and service.

10 stars! I had a really bad experience with another jewelery store down here so I was hesitant to coming here. But they were awesome! Very nice and attentive! I had my watch polished and i came out great with a reasonable cost. They told me it will take a few days, and it was a few days that they got it done. Love this place and I will be back!
