We had a great experience at this location. My company booked the conference rooms for 4 Thursdays in a row for training. Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and very friendly as well. The food was excellent too. Get the fried chicken !!! We retired to the lobby bar and had drinks afterwards. Again, another great experience at the bar too.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! The rooms are always clean! The breakfast is always good and the customer service is always top tier!!! Housekeeping is always so nice and accommodating. I stay in a lot of hotels for my job and I must say this hotel is one of THE BEST!!! Alex and Catherine are so sweet! I always look forward to staying here at this holiday inn.

This is the only hotel in the Golden Triangle area with an atrium. My favorite part is the waterfall and the fountain, which is extremely rare in this day and age. It looks beautiful and very clean and the waterfall sound is very soothing and peaceful. I haven't stayed here before (I live in Orange, TX), but I love the atrium.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing from the moment I steped in I knew for sure I was going to have a good time. Let me talk about the staff the staff was very friendly, patient, and hard working. The bathroom was freshly clean so much so I was thrilled housekeeping did an amazing job coming through every morning at the crack of dawn so In conclusion if you want to relax in luxury go to the Elegante Hotel in Beaumont Texas.

My recent experience here was very pleasant. After many years of of remodeling after unexpected.weather events, I must say this property has come very close to reaching it’s potential. A jacuzzi room is pretty awesome! An affordable weekend stay can be in your future and there are a lot of great places to eat off of I-10 between College street and Walden Rd.

I went here during my transient stay before my work deployment on Beaumont. The staff were friendly, the place and amenities are accessible and the rooms are clean and comfy. The foods are also nice and there are many selections available to choose from. Overall the hotel is great to stay whether you are staying for pleasure or business.

This is my first time at this hotel and I will definitely be back! My boyfriend and I already booked our next stay! We don't live far but we just came for a little staycation. We're both Blind and the staff was super accommodating. When I booked the room I requested a room on the first floor and they were able to Follow through with that request which was super kind and helpful. Both Marissa and Ivy were both friendly at the front desk and Amanda was a great server at the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back.

I had the most WONDERFUL experience here! The professionalism, customer service and pleasant staff set the example for others to follow. I will DEFINITELY stay here again. Specifically Veronica and Quinitha. These ladies exude EXCELLENCE! Hilton did well by having them as team members.
