I am a first time customer and I dropped car off and received same day service. Overall, very impressed! Not only were my concerns addressed, but you could tell they looked at the vehicle in its entirety. Costs and options were effectively communicated and services promptly performed - despite it being "Thanksgiving Eve". Compared to mechanics I've had in the past, services are also relatively affordable. Brian was personable and kind. Will be a returning customer, happy to find a trustworthy mechanic as someone who is new to the area.

My daughter had car trouble while away at college. Brian was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Very fast and reasonably priced service as well. Highly recommend.
