City Auto Repair

I came to City Auto Repair for routine maintenance and had a fantastic experience. They were able to help me within a week of contacting them, and I was able to drop-off and retrieve my car in the same day. Rob was very friendly, over the phone and in-person, and provided a fair quote for the work my car needed. The lobby was inviting and all of the staff I met were incredibly personable, easy to work with, and were able to explain what was happening in easy-to-understand language. This place is great; not only is it local/ woman owned, the people who work there are super friendly and communicative throughout every step of the process. I took my car there to get a second opinion about a rattling noise; the previous shop it took it to told me they would have to take the entire engine apart to find out what it was, and that the labor would be so expensive that I would just need to get a new car. Turns out there were some loose bolts from a repair done by the previous owner. They fixed it in a couple hours for an incredibly fair price. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future repairs (:

We were treated fantastic. Rob, whom I dealt with was the most understanding service rep I ever came across. My son was in a difficult position with car issues. Rob squeezed him the next day even though they were booked a week ahead. Couldn’t believe how accommodating they were! The work was done for over $500 less than Midas quoted me. I’ll never take any of our vehicles anywhere else.
