Let’s start with me I was angry about fees that I was unaware of. While working with Olivia m the rental manager who I was rude to btw (angry about fees), she listed to my concerns. And was able to calm me down and help in assisting me with the fees. She went through to verify that my concerns were actually valid and assisted with the reduction of the fees. I am so grateful she was the one who helped me because I’m sure with the attitude I entered with anyone else would have probably asked me to leave. Thank you again Olivia you efforts did not go unnoticed.

I love this place! Been stressing about the rent because I wasn’t working as much these past couple of weeks! Come down to the front office and the people are so understanding and friendly! They worked with us and made us feel comfortable! Deyaneira doesn’t know how much stress I was under how she relieved me of it just by being nice! The Polos is the best apartment especially during these times when finances can get short!.

Maintenance was on some minor repairs immediately upon move in. Office experience is amazing and very kind. They keep up on the neighborhood and all the neighbors for the most part seem lovely. And my dog loves the little park they have. They made this a great experience so far!.

I lived at The Laurels for 2 years, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience!!! The property manager Angela is wonderful and always did everything possible to make our time at The Laurels comfortable and pleasant. The property is well kept and the amenities always were working. I will miss the access to the 24 hour gym which me and my family used regularly. I highly recommend The Laurels if you are looking for a safe and wonderful renting experience where your maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner. Oh and I will miss the pool.

Dena was fantastic in helping us acquire and set up our account with The Laurels Apartments. I am not an internet type of person and social media and doing business over the internet is very difficult for me. Dena was kind and patient enough to get me through it. Our next hurdle is much less intimidating knowing that Dena is here.

We have been long time residents at the Laurels. We started out at a 2/2, then moved back into a 3/3 and it has been a great experience overall. The grounds are well kept, the amenities are great. Love the gym and the pool area. We enjoy the pool especially during summer time when we have the kids and friends over we grill out. Dog friendly community, dog walk areas and poop bag stations everywhere. Management is great, they also make sure to help us with our needs and concerns.
