There are not enough positive words to explain this towing company. I have had to be towed multiple times but this company takes the cake. Short wait time, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Great communication and superior equipment utilized. I had no doubt my vehicle would be taken care of as if it was there own vehicle. My safety was also valued which was an added bonus. Thank you Gatorback towing for being there to rescue me in a big time of need.

Amazing help when I needed it! Attempting to turn around in an unfamiliar location during a rain storm. While backing up I slid the front passenger tire over a parking curb leaving it with no ground support! These guys were awesome, showed up quick, pulled my car and yeah no damage to my vehicle!! Thanks guys you truly were a Blessing If you need tow help in this area these are the guys to call Gatorback Towing!!!

Jeremy came to our rescue in a very timely manner. He was great! He was friendly and kind. He helped our family get off the highway safely. He went above and beyond to help us get to where we needed to be, dropping us off at our hotel and our vehicle off at a different location to get the tire fixed. We would highly recommend Gatorback towing! We would definitely call them again if we need help. 12/5 stars!!

Jerry called and let me know he was going to be there sooner than the original estimated time. He was kind and got my car unlocked so I was able to get my keys out. I love this company and I’ve used them anytime I beefed a tow and they go above and beyond and make sure to communicate if there are ever any delays. They’re an honest and amazing business I would recommend to anyone in need of towing or lockout services.

Great friendly people. I had a bus go down in Gainesville, Florida. Being I live in North Carolina they made my tow to Jacksonville smooth and easy. They even took pictures before and after which was helpful in identifying when and where damage to my vehicle accured. Elite was NOT responsible for the damage but helped me to identify who was by providing the pictures. Thanks Guys for your time and service. You're in my call log.

Just got my broken car to my house. Jamal is an incredible guy. After calling AAA, he quickly gave me a call back and reached as soon as possible. Was really fortunate that he attended me. Didn’t have to wait a long time. The time my car broke and until I got it towed to my house, all of that just under 30 - 35 minutes. Really appreciate your service Jamal!!! and also appreciate the company for the wonderful customer service.

Jamal was an absolute ray of sunshine on this dismal, broken-down-car kinda day. I needed my car towed and not only did he show up earlier than the “estimated arrival time” by AAA, he greeted me with a smile and a kind concern for my wellbeing. I didn’t know positive towing experiences existed until now! Thank you, Jamal, for being so nice and helpful!! :)

Had a wonderful experience with Preston from Gainesville Towing. I put in a request through AAA and Preston arrived within 40 minutes! He was professional and friendly and got my F-150 on its way to repair shop. Very satisfied.
