I’ve been using Advanced Auto Care for over three years now. And I have never been disappointed with the service that I received. They don’t try to oversell you. They’re very honest and that’s what I love about them! And anytime I’ve had an issue with my vehicle, I can bring it to them and they will take care of it as soon as they can sometimes in the same day because they know that I need to have my vehicle for my job. They are very personable and that’s another thing that I like because they have gotten to know me. I highly recommend them.

These guys have taken care of us well over the past couple years. They are very considerate. They found a nail in our tire during routine service that couldn’t be patched. Dave went out of his way to ask if the tires were under warranty, which I hadn’t even considered, and they were. Saved us $100. Thanks guys.

Great service, quick and easy sign in! I got my oil change and it ended up being cheaper than any other repair shop around, and they were straightforward with what was needed and very organized.

This was my first experience with City Auto Repair and I was not disappointed. This is the first time we’ve needed a mechanic (besides dealership warranty repairs) since moving to Gainesville a few years ago. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they were able to identify the issue quickly and repair it the same day for a very reasonable price. They came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and now I see why. They’ve earned a new customer.

City Auto Repair is a great family owned business that is very knowledgeable, professional and affordable. Their team was in constant communication with me on the progress of our car’s repair. The work was done very quickly and correctly. All of the staff are friendly and truly care about the customers needs. I have to do a shout out to Teressa, thank you for everything.

Easy to schedule service and a person scheduled it, not a computer. The car was taken back ontime and returned at the promised time. There was no hassle, no waiting in line. So much better than the dealership experience. We will be back and we highly recommend City Auto.

I had the best experience at this body repair shop. They were super quick and easy to get my mirror fixed. I got My driver side mirror stolen a couple weeks ago. And was trying to figure out the best repair shop to take it to. I’m so happy I picked this place. Bobby got me out of there within 15 minutes with no charge. I found the mirror on Facebook marketplace. And took it there and he assembled it right away. I definitely recommend this repair shop and will be going there from now on for any of my needs. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. I was traveling down interstate 75 and had a blow out in a trailer tire. They didn’t have the replacement trailer tire in stock but were super helpful in finding another tire. Highly recommend.
