Hands down, you get the best experience when you buy from Furniture Country! From the moment you walk through their doors, you are greeted with a warm welcoming. No customer is treated differently than another, which I highly value in a business. Everyone there is pleasant and willing to help. They are family oriented people and offered my little toddler a snack (with my permission of course). When I needed to switch the delivery time, Liz went above and beyond to work it out around the time I requested. It gets even better! The furniture was delivered on time and Bobby and Mike were such a joy to work with. They took great care in bringing in the furniture and making sure everything worked and was exactly how we wanted it. They were so personable, respectful, and all around great people to work with. There’s nothing else I could say that could make our experience any better than it has been. Keep up the awesome work.

Went shopping for a well made and well priced full size fully assembled dresser, with good drawer glide action. The floor model we found worked well and Valentina made a good price for us. We took it home, set it up and found there was one drawer not working correctly. We called and spoke to Liz, and the next day had a brand new dresser delivered and the first one removed. The driver William and helper Say were also wonderful and efficient. I highly recommend this Furniture Country store and their whole team as customer friendly, knowledgeable and kind, and the store has a great sale going on with good selection at the moment too.

I highly recommend Furniture Country! In all my years of furniture shopping, this was without a doubt the best. I had the pleasure of working with John, the general manager, and I was amazed at the excellent price he was able to give me on my new sofa and loveseat.

My mom and I were shopping for a chair for our room, and one of the employees, Imari, was really helpful with explaining delivery fees and times, prices, furniture collections and more. She made the process very easy and created a cart for us right away to help us when we were still deciding on chairs/furniture. Additionally, I appreciated how she wasn’t pushy, which can sometimes make things stressful, but understood our choices if we changed our minds. I personally didn’t have many other experiences with the other employees (simply because I wasn’t there for a lot), but I would recommend Imari if anyone needs help.

The Ashley store in Butler Plaza surprised me. Very well laid out furniture options and in excellent display. Courtenay was at the front. He greeted with a warm welcome and showed me the area. After I was ready, he was very helpful in discussing the options, and providing additional discount and protection plan. Very highly recommend Courtenay and this store.

We received fantastic customer service from Kayla! She was so helpful the two days we came into the store and took her time with us as we decided between a few different sectionals. We love our new sectional and delivery was very smooth.
