Wilson Custom Flooring did an excellent job, and very fairly priced, on the install of our new floors. They went out of their way to meet up with me past their business hours because I got off work at the same time they closed. They gave nice recommendations and have tons of samples to bring home to see what it looks like in your house first. They got the material in fast and installed half a day ahead of schedule. The team that did the install was professional and helpful on other recommendations. Overall, if you need a floor done, I wouldn't look any further than Wilson's. Brendan goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the work. I had a custom flake floor done for my carport. The floor looks amazing! Brendan took such care to prep and make sure the surface was perfect prior to starting the actual flake and sealer. All the work was done in a timely manner, communication from Brendan was excellent and the whole project was very reasonable on the wallet. Perfection Plus! We had superior customer service from the first time I walked into the store until the installation/replacement of new carpeting in 4 bedrooms. Milad and Hannah were always kind and welcoming. I never felt pressured to make a decision - they didn’t care how many samples I requested! Elliot and Owen did an amazing job on the installation - they completed the job in less than 2 days and they were professional and careful with our furniture.
