Friendly Auto Centers

I was looking for a place to rent a truck in a trailer for a golf cart I purchased and my research led me to friendly auto centers right by my house to rent a U-Haul truck and trailer. I called him and from the minute I spoke with Arik he was very kind, friendly and professional and once I got in the exceptional service didn’t stop there! He made sure I understood everything, and the whole transaction and process went very smoothly and I was very happy and satisfied with the outstanding customer service that I received from this young man! Two thumbs up for Arik and friendly auto centers! Thank you guys for everything!! Highly recommended for not only your auto care needs but your U-Haul needs as well!!

My vehicle died in the middle of traffic one day & I was able to get it into Friendly Auto Center the next morning. They were able to diagnose & fix a sensor issue that was causing the engine to die as well as replace a gasket that had been causing a slow oil leak. They were communicative, included photos in the diagnosis, & even gave me a courtesy ride to work after I dropped off my vehicle. I’m pleased with the work done.

I had a great experience at Friendly Auto. When I spoke to Steve and told him what was going on, he made sure I brought my vehicle in as soon as possible. They looked at it quickly, ordered my parts and did the work fast. Communication was great. Thanks you guys!
