Walt's Automotive Service

Called Walt after calling 12 other mechanics trying to get my wife's car in to get checked out. Walt asked details about the problem and suggested we bring it to the dealer because the repair should be fully covered under warranty. No other shop that we called suggested this. Walt was correct and the repair was fully covered under warranty. The repair would have been $3,700 but we paid zero thanks to Walt's shop's suggestion. You don't see integrity like this anymore. Will bring our cars here from now on for everything.

We were in Syracuse picking up our son and moving him back home to Ohio. Our SUV we drove pulling the trailer ended up having a wheel bearing go out. Walt's not only were able to get us in, they fixed it within a couple of hours and had us on our way again. I can't recommend them enough.

While traveling out of town daughter stopped with a leaking tire. Without question and delay the mechanic fixed the tire and she was back on her way, safely. Thank you Walt's Automotive.
