I am very satisfied with level of service for my nearly 20 yr old Infinity Q45 which had emissions issues. Not only they took care of the problem far below what the local Infinity Dealership (Stealership) wanted to charge, but they also went above and beyond and gave me a service bulletin about an issue that I didn't know was a free fix from the dealership. This honesty to the customer and not trying to take advantage of the situation sets this place apart. Super honest people.I really appreciated the honest prices and the overall honesty shown. Very refreshing.

Great people and customer service is even better, got my brakes and tie rods done there from a little emergency i had on the highway not too long ago and for how packed shops are the turn around time wasn’t too shabby.

The team at West Side always has delivered exceptional service and customer care. Will not go anywhere else in Jersey City.
