I’ve been ordering flowers from Bouquet and Baskets every Friday, and their arrangements are always stunning. Last week, the flowers didn’t hold as well as usual, so I reached out to them on Monday. Their customer service was exceptional—they listened to my concerns and offered a deluxe upgrade for my next order. The bouquet they sent this Friday was absolutely magnificent and radiant, far exceeding my expectations. It’s clear they take customer satisfaction seriously, and they handled my frustration with care and professionalism. I’m thrilled with their service and beautiful flowers, and I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer! Highly recommend!

The BEST florist around. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been going here for years now to get my florals. They make beautiful arrangements, are so efficient and easy to work with. I also just picked up some wonderful items for the holidays from them as well (garland, trees, wreaths) - all are wonderful.

My husband has been using this florist for years to order my Valentine's Day bouquet and they never disappoint. The flowers are always fresh and the bouquet is simply perfect. People walk by my desk and admire how beautiful the arrangement is. This is by far the best florist in Jersey City.

My friend needed wedding flowers and I went with her to this place. Great vibe, great looking flowers and plants, great prices posted clearly by the plants, and nice staff. Even with crutches, the florist had great energy, knew what to ask to get the right bouquet for the bride, reminded her of other flowers for the groom and moms, and showed her the type of flowers she can choose and what the price points were. I could tell he loved his job. That's when I knew this was the place that could make my boring windowsills look great. Worked with him, told him I wanted a window full of succulents, and left it to him to pick the right ones and the right containers. I trusted enough to even pre-pay. And what I got back makes me smile every time I see em. Glad I went, and would recommend to anyone who needs a great, knowledgeable, creative florist.

Go to this place almost every week. Love it. The woman who seems to be the manager or owner is very nice and helpful, but also very chill. Don’t go anywhere else for my flowers.

Our bouquets are always beautiful, and often better than expected. Easy online ordering system. Definitely our go-to spot when sending flowers to our New Jersey friends and family!

We booked Joe’s for our wedding, and so glad we did! They are a neighborhood gem. Joe is the most pleasant character and Denise, a veteran and so good at what she does. They made the planning process SO incredibly simple- I brought pictures and told them what I liked, and they delivered! We had a change of design for the ceremony flower placements and they were able to accommodate and made it work last minute. They were prompt on the day-of the wedding and did not miss any small details. Joe and Denise, thank you both for being a part of our special day!

I am always happy with Joseph's Florist. They did my wedding flowers in 2000. My mom used them for years also. This arrangement was lovely. They are professional and very friendly. I put the wrong delivery date in the online order and when I called they were super friendly and quickly made the change. I like supporting a local Jersey City Heights business. Highly recommend.
