This was my favorite apartment I lived in by far. The leasing and concierge employees are some of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. The building is cool and constantly cleaned, with a bunch of resident events happening weekly. Also the best apartment gym I’ve had, with everything you could imagine plus daily workout classes. If I move back to the city it would be here. Thank you for everything!.

I’ve been here for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The building is amazing, the staff is incredibly kind, and they host great events that are available to all residents. I’d especially like to give praise to Laura Olivieri, who helped me immensely during my move and continues to be kind and helpful every time I visit her in the leasing office. If you’re thinking of moving here, definitely ask for her!.

Sable is unlike any other apartment building I've lived at. Janice does a great job organizing events and keeping the place running, the maintenance team is top notch, and the whole staff is very courteous. The sense of community really comes through with all the events and shared spaces.

Not only does 70 Greene Street strike that unusual balance of sophistication and value, the onsite team [Kierra T in particular] are extremely professional, helpful, flexible, and take the guess work and hassle out of the apartment-search process. The building is well appointed, well maintained and the apartments have spacious layouts, great closets, and loaded with amenities. I had a great experience and would recommend the property and give high marks to the on-site team of pro's who work hard and get it right.

This review is specifically in regards to how wonderful Jensis Taveras has been to work with in leasing thus far. The leasing office has been very responsive and helpful. I specifically want to shout-out Jensis for making the move-in so much better with his problem solving skills and positive attitude. Thank you!.
