All I have to say is thank god we met Prince and his crew. We took on a huge undertaking in downtown Jersey city. We bought a historic townhome and needed to gut renovate it plus add a 4 story addition on the back. We were in over our heads! My family is in the building/construction industry but building in a city is a completely different ballgame. You need to know who to call/familiar with this type of work, how to remove garbage quickly, manage large deliveries without a driveway and safety since in close proximity to pedestrians, etc. It’s a whole list of experience and headaches and Prince and Mike knew how to navigate it. They always answered the phone or called right back, always tried to help figure out a solution and honestly they were there right up until the CO/historic final inspections. They never left us hanging. We had met with a handful of people and we were happy with who we chose to tackle this massive project. Even my father, in building for 40+ years said, “you are in good hands with them” as he would periodically check in on the project. We have been living in the house and have had no issues. Highly recommend Prince, Mike and the rest of his team.

Prince and his crew were attentive, diligent, and efficient. He was easy to contact, responded quickly, and worked well under difficult conditions both with material supply and the local town agencies. We would absolutely use them again.

Isaac Sanchez and his crew at New Creative Construction are the absolute Michelangelos of home renovations. They turned my beaten up Hoboken apartment into a work of art and I couldn't be happier with the results! I first reached out to Isaac 6 weeks before I needed the work to begin. He was able to have a look at my apartment and quote me for the badly needed bathroom and kitchen renovations. And he made a few suggestions before I officially decided to work with him. I asked him a few follow up questions and asked about additional things and nothing I wanted or asked for was a problem or issue for him and his crew. I had a good feeling about him and decided I would work with him. All throughout the process, both in the weeks before the work began and during, his communication was impeccable. I have probably sent him over a thousand text messages by this point and he answered and acknowledged all of them. They finished the work ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier. Everything I wanted and asked for they were able to deliver on! Overall I plan on using New Creative Construction for other projects in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Issac and his team did an amazing job on the work performed at my house. The communication was 10/10, I was always able to communicate with Issac and he was always attentive and responsive. We had a very tight window to finish the work before furniture arrived and he was able to add more crew to the job to finish on time with fantastic results. Isaac and his team at New Creative Construction did an amazing job on my rental property. He gut renovated the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room which came out beautiful! His pricing is extremely fair and he was done in record time! The crew were all professional and friendly and their work is clean and organized. Isaac was always available to me if I had questions.
