Simply Rug Cleaning

A day after Christmas, we came home to house full of water from a frozen pipe burst. Spencer, Rick and their team picked up our precious Persian and oriental rugs on the same day. The did a marvelous job cleaning and restoring them to its original condition. Very friendly people! I highly recommend Simply Rug Cleaning Company.

The Simply Rug Cleaning team is wonderful. Their customer service is top notch and they are very accommodating. I wasn’t able to drop my rugs off during normal hours and Linda was more than willing to be available at a more convenient time for me. She gave me several options for cleaning and repairing my rugs. Two of the rugs were over 40 years old and very sentimental to me. They did a great job cleaning them and packing them up for storage. Spencer was kind enough to deliver my clean rugs since I had recently had surgery and was not able to drive yet. I highly recommend their company.
